As part of the Digital Poland Operational Program (POPC) co-financed by European funds, Fiberhost is expanding the fiber network. Thanks to these investments, the inhabitants of the areas which, due to geographic reasons, constituted an investment challenge, and therefore it was not possible to use fiber optic services, will benefit mainly from these investments.

Digital Poland Operational Program – II call of proposals

Management Board of Fiberhost S.A. (formerly: INEA S.A.) in June 2017 signed contracts for co-financing the following projects:

1. Eliminating territorial differences in the possibility of access to broadband Internet with high capacity in the Kalisz subregion, project no. POPC.01.01.00-30-0144 / 17

   The aim of the project is to design and build a broadband Internet network and to connect 26,444 households and 130 public units to it.

2. Eliminating territorial differences in the possibility of access to high-speed broadband Internet in the Leszno subregion, project no. POPC.01.01.00-30-0143 / 17

   The aim of the project is to design and build a broadband Internet network and to connect 40 526 households and 89 public units to it.

   The value of the project is PLN 130,833,430.77

3. Eliminating territorial differences in the possibility of access to high-speed broadband Internet in the Poznań subregion and Poznań, project no. POPC.01.01.00-30-0137 / 17

   The aim of the project is to design and build a broadband Internet network and to connect 49,267 households and 98 public units to it.

   The value of the project is PLN 131,627,666.95
   Union contribution PLN 35,393,403.86

4. Eliminating territorial differences in the possibility of access to high-speed broadband Internet in the Konin subregion, project no. POPC.01.01.00-30-0136 / 17

   The aim of the project is to design and build a broadband Internet network and to connect 43 318 households and 132 public entities to it.

   Digital Poland Operational Program – IV call of proposals

   

   Management Board of Fiberhost S.A. (operating under the former company INEA S.A.) concluded in 2020 contracts for co-financing the following projects:

   The aim of the project is to design and build a broadband Internet network and connect 4,839 households and 4 units of the Volunteer Fire Department to it.

6. Eliminating territorial differences in the possibility of access to high-speed broadband Internet in the Wielkopolskie subregion, part B, project no. POPC.01.01.00-30-0027 / 20

   The aim of the project is to design and build a broadband Internet network and to connect 7 201 households and 5 units of the Volunteer Fire Brigade to it.

   On July 1, 2021, the division of the beneficiary of the Digital Poland Operational Program (POPC) – INEA S.A. was registered. based in Poznań, as a result of which the operating activities and the infrastructure activities of the company were separated. The operational activity has been spun off to the company – INEA sp.z o.o. based in Wysogotowo, while the infrastructure activity is carried out unchanged by the Program beneficiary, which from July 1, 2021 under the new name Fiberhost S.A. (formerly INEA S.A.). The above organizational change of the beneficiary does not affect the implementation of the Program, which is continued by Fiberhost S.A.
